Goal # 2 Keep your room tidy. Remaining put together during a busy schedule is easier then ever. This year if you’re not going to wear it, hang it back up. Cooking? Clean that mixing bowl while your bowling your batter. Make an extra effort this year to put things in their own space. This habit will help you stay mentally organized and strengthen your focal state.
